[PRESSWIRE] Dublin, Ireland – 29 July, 2026 — BLK Global PLC (“BLK” or the “Company”), the operator of www.blkcommodities.com, a proprietary digital marketplace for the sourcing, trading and physical fulfilment of raw materials and commodities, is pleased to announce that the Company’s application for admission to trading on Euronext Access Dublin has been approved by the Euronext Listing Board.

The admission has been undertaken by way of a direct listing and does not involve the issue of new shares or the raising of capital by the Company. Trading is expected to commence at 8.00am on 31 July 2026 under the ticker code BLKX and ISIN GB00BPSKS130.

Each marketplace transaction generates valuable new data points on user behaviour and trade flows, building a proprietary dataset for which market demand is growing. While shipping currently represents the majority of Group revenue, the Directors consider the opportunity to digitalise raw materials and commodities trading through the digital marketplace represents a significant scaling opportunity for the Company.

BLK serves customers and counterparties internationally, operating from its headquarters in Glasgow with offices in Mumbai and Dubai. As at December 2025, more than US$15 billion of commodity stock was available for sale on its platform. For the year ended 30 June 2025, BLK recorded turnover of £20.7 million (2024: £5.5 million) and adjusted EBITDA of £1.05 million. Trading for the year ended 30 June 2026 has been in line with Director expectations and the Company expects to report its full year audited accounts in October 2026.

Direct Listing and Medium Term Outlook

The Directors believe that now is an optimum moment for BLK to become a public company and to leverage the listing to execute its plan to establish the Company as a leading player in the digitalised trading of raw materials and commodities. The Company intends to use its public profile to more quickly, build trust and awareness of BLK and its solutions with customers in its targeted verticals on a global basis. By executing its plan for growth in a public forum BLK is seeking to incrementally build relationships with a global universe of investors, capital providers and intermediaries to position the Company to access further capital, as and when opportunities for further growth initiatives arise.

The Company’s medium-term objective is to grow Group revenues at a compound annual growth rate in excess of 40%. By 2030 the Company is targeting for c.40% of its revenues to derive from its marketplace platform. In line with the Company’s rationale for listing, BLK is positioning itself to be among the first horizontal commodities trading marketplaces globally and will raise further capital opportunistically where required to pursue growth initiatives, both organically or through acquisition.
