The acquisition launches Carta Law—the largest AI-native, integrated legal and compliance solution for private markets—unifying legal and compliance workflows with fund operations on a single platform.

Private capital firms have long operated with fragmented infrastructure, with fund administration, compliance, and legal services spread across separate vendors. Deal teams wait days for NDAs.
