Today, Eckoh, the global leader in secure customer engagement for human and AI agents, announced its acquisition of Quality Xperience (QX), a UK-based provider of conversational AI solutions. The acquisition expands Eckoh's capabilities to help enterprises design, deploy and secure customer interactions, whether building new agentic solutions or integrating securely with existing enterprise platforms.
