E.ON Next wins Diversity and Inclusion category at the Utility Awards 2024

• E.ON Next has been presented the Diversity & Inclusion Award at the Utility Awards 2024.

• The energy supplier and sustainable solutions provider was shortlisted in a total of six categories.

• E.ON Next’s Chief Operating Officer, Ramona Vlasiu, has also been shortlisted for the title of Utilities Businesswoman in the Great British Businesswoman Awards 2025, with the awards ceremony taking place next month.

E.ON Next has been named as the Diversity & Inclusion champion at the Utility Awards 2024.

The category, which is new to the awards this year, identified employers that lead the way to a workforce that is reflective of the breadth of society and where every colleague can see a path to success. It celebrates the innovative approaches taken to increase diversity and remove barriers to inclusion.

Ramona Vlasiu, Chief Operating Officer at E.ON Next, said: “Being recognised as the Diversity and Inclusion champion in this year’s Utility Awards is a true honour, and a reflection of our collective efforts to celebrate diversity and tackle barriers to inclusion in the Utility sector.

“We also congratulate all of the other worthy winners who were successful at the Utility Awards 2024.”

Next month, E.ON Next will be up for a further accolade with Chief Operating Officer Ramona Vlasiu shortlisted in the Utilities Businesswoman category for the Great British Businesswoman Awards. The awards ceremony will take place on 30 January 2025.
