Supports organizations with scope 1, 2 and 3 GHG emissions measurement, product carbon footprinting and sustainability data management to support their decarbonization initiatives

LONDON, Oct. 12, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The EY organization today announces an alliance between Watershed, a sustainability AI company focused on ESG measurement and reporting, and Ernst & Young LLP (EY US), to help organizations measure and report on their environmental impact with greater confidence, efficiency and transparency.

The EY-Watershed Alliance combines Watershed's sustainability AI platform with EY US implementation, advisory and sustainability transformation capabilities to help organizations meet their regulatory requirements and their customer and investor expectations.

The data and measurement methodologies needed to measure scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions are complex and far-reaching. Through the Alliance, EY US and Watershed teams support organizations with an end-to-end sustainability process including audit-grade data collection, measurement, reporting, product carbon footprinting, planning and sustainability advisory services.
