Greenland Resources Inc. The agreement provides an established price floor and cap and covers approximately eight million pounds of molybdenum per year for a period of ten years representing around 25% of the first ten years of Greenland Resources production. The commencement of the off-take obligation is subject to the satisfaction of customary terms and conditions. The off-take agreement positions Greenland with a long-term strategy with sustainable and cost-competitive value-chain integration and facilitates access to capex. As part of the agreement, Outokumpu will help Greenland on its efforts to arrange capex financing.

Greenland Resources is a Canadian public company with the Ontario Securities Commission as its principal regulator and is focused on the development of its 100% owned Climax type primary molybdenum deposit located in central east Greenland. The Project has copper and also magnesium, a market dominated 98% by China.
