LONDON, September 11, 2025 – International risk management group Forward Global has announced that veteran investigator Charles Carr and his team at C&F Partners will join Forward Global as part of a major expansion of the company’s London intelligence and investigations offering. Carr will lead Forward Global’s UK Risk Management group.

Over a 30-year career, Charles has held senior positions in some of the world’s best-known investigation and intelligence companies in Europe, the Americas and the Middle East. He is the founder of risk advisory firm C&F Partners and was previously Head of EMEA at K2 Integrity and Managing Director at Kroll.

His track record of success spans litigation support, asset tracing, compliance, due diligence, financial crime investigations, and crisis and dispute management.

Charles’ addition to Forward Global London office bolsters a thriving UK investigations practice and will complement the firm’s strategic and integrated approach to communications, litigation support and risk advisory.

Forward Global now counts nearly one hundred professionals worldwide dedicated to investigations across multiple disciplines, including digital forensics, financial inquiries, international investigations, compliance reviews, brand protection, and geopolitical risk assessments. With Carr’s arrival, he becomes the tenth Partner specifically focused on the management of economic risk for our clients, covering investigations, compliance, geopolitical threats, counterfeiting, and related areas.

In London, Carr joins Caroline Mitchell, who leads Forward Global’s Investigations and Due Diligence Practice, and Dr Judith Jacob, heading Geopolitical Risk and Security Intelligence. He also brings with him his entire C&F team, several of whom have significant experience in litigation support, asset recovery, and other highly specialized areas of investigative and risk management work.
