In his most recent role, he excelled as a senior sales executive at Tactile Medical, where he was directly responsible for the P&L management, business development, portfolio expansion and annual operating plan. Pauls is renowned for his ability to serve as a trusted advisor to key customers, peers and his team, aligning perfectly with the values and goals of RQM+. In his previous role as an executive sales leader of Philips, he was accountable for driving the annual operating plan, business development, sales excellence and operational compliance.

As a MedTech veteran, Pauls' deep-rooted understanding of customer challenges is unparalleled, drawing from a career that started as a respiratory therapist in hospitals and sleep disorder centers. This unique perspective and extensive experience in the industry add an invaluable layer of insight, allowing him to address the specific needs and pain points of customers in our complex MedTech ecosystem.
