Best-ever sustainability score and 2026 Top Employer recognition underline progress across the Group

LONDON, Oct. 6, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Stock Spirits Group has received two major independent recognitions for its sustainability performance and people practices, securing an EcoVadis Gold medal for the third consecutive year and being certified as a Top Employer in Poland and the Czech Republic for 2026.

The EcoVadis assessment gave Stock Spirits Group its best-ever sustainability score of 87 out of 100, up 5 points and placing it in the top 1% of spirits producers assessed by EcoVadis and the top 5% of more than 175,000 companies assessed worldwide.

Top Employers Institute has also recognised Stock Spirits Group as a Top Employer in Poland and the Czech Republic following an independent assessment of its people strategy and HR practices.

Steven Libermann, Chief Executive Officer of Stock Spirits Group, said:

"Strong performance depends on how we operate as a responsible business and the environment we create for our people. These two recognitions give us independent measures of the progress we are making on both.

"At a time when many companies are stepping back from their sustainability commitments, we are strengthening ours, building a robust ESG agenda and delivering on it step by step.

"We want Stock Spirits to be a place where talented people can make a difference, where strong local businesses benefit from the scale and reach of one European Group, and where we keep moving forward responsibly. Our best-ever EcoVadis result and Top Employer certification in Poland and the Czech Republic are important signs that we are moving in the right direction."

Best-ever EcoVadis sustainability score

Stock Spirits Group improved its overall performance and achieved Leader status in the EcoVadis Carbon Rating, the highest level of the assessment. The EcoVadis result follows the publication of Stock Spirits Group's Sustainability Report 2025 and the submission of its emissions reduction targets to the Science Based Targets initiative for validation.

Top Employer recognition in Poland and the Czech Republic

The certification is based on the results of Top Employers Institute's HR Best Practices Survey, which covers six areas including People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Wellbeing.

Stock Spirits Group's approach to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Rewards & Recognition and Sustainability was recognised as a strength in both Poland and the Czech Republic.

Beata Górniak, Chief People Officer, Stock Spirits Group, said:

"We are particularly pleased that our approach to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Rewards & Recognition and Sustainability was recognised as a strength in both Poland and the Czech Republic. These are important foundations for attracting, developing and retaining great people, and for creating an environment where they can grow, make a difference and contribute to what comes next for Stock Spirits.

"At the same time, we approach the results with humility. The certification highlights both our strengths and the areas where we can do better. We are committed to building on this feedback and focusing our efforts on the areas that require further improvement as part of our ongoing people and sustainability journey"
