Southampton, UK — May 11, 2026, TW Metals today announced that Gail Thomas, Managing Director for Europe, will retire at the end of July 2026 following a distinguished and highly successful career with the company.

During her tenure, Ms. Thomas has played a pivotal role in strengthening TW Metals’ European footprint, driving sustainable growth, and building enduring relationships with customers, suppliers, and employees across the region. Her leadership helped expand capabilities, deepen customer partnerships, and deliver consistently high levels of service.

Effective August 2026, Monika Slusarczyk will assume responsibility for Europe in her new role as Group Executive Director for the European TW Metals group of companies. Ms. Slusarczyk brings extensive experience within the organization, a deep understanding of our customers’ needs, and a proven track record of operational and commercial excellence.

Customers can expect full continuity in service, relationships, and strategic focus. Our European teams remain unchanged and fully committed to supporting customer success, with Ms. Slusarczyk continuing to work closely with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across the region.
