AUGUST 25th: Today in Soho, London, Una Healey was one of the first through the doors of the Nutella ‘Happy Portion Parlour’, a pop-up breakfast experience showcasing the endless possibilities of one portion of the iconic spread.

The Parlour will cater to fans of breakfast classics as well as those who fancy a contemporary twist, serving everything from pancakes, to peach melba, to breakfast bruschetta, to ricotta and figs. Already a firm family favourite in many UK households, Nutella has curated its culinary experience to encourage everybody to discover its versatility using one heaped teaspoon (15g) of the iconic spread.

The first day of the event saw guests discover tasty dishes that were tailored to their taste preferences all topped with a delicious touch of Nutella.

Una Healy said: ‘Nutella is such a hit in our household, everyone loves it! It was great to visit the Happy Portion Parlour as it’s given me lots of inspiration on all the different ways that we can enjoy a portion of Nutella together as a family. So, whether it’s on a slice of toast or on the new tasty Nutella Peach Melba recipe I tried at the Parlour, who’d have thought that one portion of Nutella can have so many endless possibilities!’’

Helen Bond, Consultant dietitian who has helped create the Nutella Happy Portion recipes, says, “Breakfast is often said to be the most important meal of the day - and for good reason! But unfortunately, it’s often repetitive that’s why I’ve partnered with Nutella for the launch of its Happy Portion Parlour. In a busy lifestyle, it’s often easy to opt for convenience over variety and these recipes are a great example of how you can enjoy Nutella in moderation. Just one heaped teaspoon (15g) of Nutella can add some va-va- voom to your breakfast and is a perfect partner to a wonderful array of delicious and easy breakfast options.”

Each day there will be spaces for walk ins at the Parlour to ensure fans have the chance to discover a world of Happy Portion breakfast possibilities.

For those unable to visit the Parlour the recipes showcasing the creative ways a portion size of Nutella can be used in breakfast dishes are available here for families to try for themselves at home.

The Happy Portion Parlour will be open from 25th August 2022 located in Greek Street, London. Opening times are 10am-3pm on Thursday and 9am – 3pm on Friday and Saturday.
