Agentic print and document workflow environments remain an overlooked channel opportunity, as enterprises race toward agentic automation. IDC forecasts that by 2026, 40% of all Global 2000 job roles will involve working with AI agents, redefining long-held traditional entry-level, mid-level, and senior-level positions _[1].

IDC's research points to this new class of AI reshaping not just how fast companies innovate, but how work itself gets done across every industry_[1]. Quocirca research adds a print-specific data point: fewer than half (47%) of IT decision-makers plan to invest in print infrastructure modernization in 2026, even as 64% plan to increase AI investment and 63% plan to increase intelligent document processing investment_[3].

That gap isn't just about technology, it's about who helps organizations close it. According to a 2026 IDC survey_[2], "systems integrators and IT consulting partners ranking as the most valued partner type reflects how complex production deployment actually is. Reliable agentic AI in IT operations is not a pure technology problem, and organizations recognizing that early are making faster progress." Vasion's partner community is central to closing that gap. The refreshed program aligns partners on the strategy, rewards continuous selling, and validates expertise at every stage of the journey.

"Partners look to TD SYNNEX for the expertise, enablement and support needed to bring innovative technologies to market. This updated program from Vasion gives them greater clarity and flexibility as they build their Vasion practices with us," said Scott Young, SVP, Vendor Management, TD SYNNEX. "By reducing complexity and providing consistent incentives, it empowers partners to scale solutions more effectively, deliver stronger outcomes for customers, and drive long-term business growth.”

Program enhancements include:

A Better Partner Experience: A rebuilt partner portal puts deal registration, enablement content, and onboarding paths at partners' fingertips, backed by one-on-one launch support and co-branded sales tools for faster time-to-value.
Elevated Enablement Across Every Role: New enablement assets align partners on strategy, product, and joint selling. Partner Elevate is a focused monthly webinar series that keeps partners current on strategic product news, hands-on joint selling tactics, and pipeline plays. The Partner Playbook delivers comprehensive content covering strategy frameworks, sales best practices, battle cards, messaging, sales-play cards, and vertical use cases. The new Vasion Partner Academy introduces updated certification paths across sales, technical sales, and technical support. Certification exams complete with digital badges and credentials that validate partner expertise in the market
Refreshed Partner Guides: to align each partner type to the practices that fit how they sell.
Always-On Rewards with Vasion Partner Accelerator: A continuous incentive strategy to replace episodic SPIFs, rewarding partners for on deal registrations, opportunities, and closed revenue every day of the year.

"We started this refresh with a simple question: what do partners expect from us at every step of the journey?" said Reza Parsia, Global Vice President, Channel and Partnerships. "The answer was security and modernization partners can stand behind, always-on incentives that reward continuous selling, and a certification academy that validates partner expertise, now extending into agentic print management. We built all of it into a portal that makes enablement and deal registration effortless."

At the heart of the refresh is a partner-first philosophy: partners should be rewarded for growing with Vasion, not asked to pay their way into the program. Marketing Development Funds are available to the partners who invest alongside Vasion. Enablement, incentives, and tools are engineered around one outcome: making Vasion partners the vendor customers choose when it's time to modernize print, automate output, and take back the helpdesk.
