• E.ON is looking for new degree apprentices across seven different programmes including Digital Technology, Project Management and Electro-Mechanical Engineering

• Based in Nottingham, the degree apprentices will study for a fully funded degree while working full-time and earning a competitive salary

This week, E.ON has opened applications for its degree apprenticeship programmes and is encouraging those who want to help create a sustainable future to apply.

E.ON’s degree apprenticeship programmes offer successful applicants the opportunity to work full-time, study for a fully funded degree and earn a competitive salary. During the four- or five-year programme, apprentices will work on several placements across the business, aligned to their academic work at university.

E.ON is offering seven different degree apprenticeship schemes, covering a range of skills and interests and aimed at developing the workforce of the future with skills that can be embedded into the workforce today. All roles will be based in Nottingham.

E.ON recently conducted research which found over half (52%) of people want to work for an organisation that is working towards a more sustainable future and 49% want to develop the skills needed to thrive in a greener future1. E.ON’s degree apprenticeship programmes are perfectly placed to respond to this growing demand for green skills and sustainability, providing apprentices with practical and relevant work experience focused on the future skills E.ON needs to continue leading the energy transition.
